- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently offering $25 off a service if you mention Thumbtack. Regular rates are $250 an hr with a 2 hr minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we send out an invoice and contract. We accept a non-refundable deposit of $150 to hold your date then the remainder is due 7days prior to your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have multiple vendorships around the area.
