Noe was great. Straight forward with his assessment of our needs. Committed to getting the job done same day if we wanted. Drove further to get the supplies we ordered. No complaints with all the work we had him do in our house which included both of our bathrooms and multiple full replacement items.

Jonhathan was just awesome! He took his time to review our plumbing issues, assess what was happening and then clearly explained the issue. He reviewed all the work that would be needed to make the repairs and provided multiple options to make sure the issue would be fixed and what price/solution could work. He was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable about the repair work. We then went on to secure his services for other plumbing repair work we had been putting off as well. I highly recommend this team and will be our first call for any future issues (hopefully none), but we will look to Tritan Plumbing for sure.

I’ve owned my home for more than 18 years, I wish I knew about Triton plumbing and the quality staff that work there. Specifically, I’m referring to Renae and Jonathan. From the outset Renae was quick to make me feel welcomed and displayed genuine concern for my issue. Little did I know, she would check on me throughout the day to make sure I was pleased. That’s stellar customer service!!!She took my information and immediately set up an appointment with Jonathan—who I now refer to as “superstar-extraordinaire-fixer-of-all-things-water related!!!!” Seriously, I had been fretting about my kitchen and basement sink for months I didn’t think anyone could fix it without tearing out my walls or charging me thousands of dollars. Along came Jonathan, he assessed my situation and said “oh yeah, I can fix that!!!” Lost for words I just did a quick happy dance! In less than 2 hours he completely fixed my problems and charged me a fair price that included a 10% membership discount that further reduced the price—what a deal!! I’ve never been so impressed by such excellence and professionalism!!! Excited to get more stuff fixed at a reasonable price—I hired him to return the very next day to fix another water issue! He arrived on time, went straight to work and fixed my problem in less than an hour! Jonathan went above and beyond what most people would have done! I will ALWAYS work with Triton plumbing. ALWAYS!

No one likes plumbing problems but if you have one, call Titan. Chris and Tony fixed a bad clog that prevented our kitchen sink and dishwasher from working. Same time, replaced our toilet flush mechanism. Both guys are exceptionally pleasant and never complained about their work. I’d call them again anytime I need help.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is Flat rate Up Front pricing. We will always give you a price before we get started with any work on site. (Flat rate price is so you will know the final price , before we start the project. If there is extra concerns you have we can make sure to handle same day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer calls, we do our best to offer same day service! Emergency we will come out as soon as we possibly can no matter the time of day 24/7.
Once you book your call you will receive a booking confirmation from our office to confirm your appointment the day.
We also send a message with a bio & picture showing who is arriving! Tritan Plumbing is family Owned and Operated for over 3 decades!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Illinois State Plumbing License
CCDI (Cross Connection Certified) for RPZs as in sprinkler systems all have one that needs to be tested every year.
