- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure depends upon the type of project involved, but my rates are competitive and I offer discounts to first responders, linemen, and active duty military & veterans, and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customers and discuss the project in detail to make sure that we both have a great understanding of the project and work involved, ensuring as few surprises as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After the military, I completed a few continuing education courses from Samsung and Sony to aid in my transition from the military to the civilian world.
