- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on whether or not my customer simply wants a design or they want a finished product. The price of a design is dependent on, with a lack of better words, how good you want it. I don't charge by the hour; I charge by the quality. Some customers simply want a team name on the front of a shirt, and some customers want to develop a detailed, creative concept to better convey their brand. Each customer is different, and it is case dependent. I have the capability of bringing your concept to from start to finish. I can create a design, order garments, have them printed, and have them shipped. The price varies with this, because no orders are the same. Price variances are due to the following: number of print colors, the quantity of garments, and number of print locations (front, back, sleeve, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set-up a phone, zoom, or in person consult to discuss the direction of my customer's design. We will go over details such as: overall design and vision, print colors, print size, garment size, garment material, garment quantities, and so on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been using Adobe design products for almost 20 years. I specialize in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. I worked as a graphic designer in a screen printing shop, and I have a working relationship with said shop to this day. I run my own T-Shirt company in which I use my own designs.
