- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give retired senior and military vet discounts (with the proof of military ID card) I also go by square foot of the home
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ask them what they're picky points are, if they have any allergies and what chemicals they prefer over others, make sure that the date and time works for us both, and let them know what to expect when cleaning their home, and before I leave I make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my dad was a landlord for a very long time and some of the tenants that he had were clean and some of them were definitely not and when a tenant left we would go in there and clean it and sanitize it from top to bottom also went to Job Corps for a year and was a leader and the dorm and checked behind the the cleaning areas the girls did and that gave me the experience in the efficiency that I needed.
