Low overhead means we can offer great pricing. We also have a well trained apprentice that helps make the job go quickly and smoothly and also leaves the job site tidy. Jeff, the owner of Broadway Heating and Cooling LLC is a great guy! I consider myself a God-fearing all-American rugged individualist that is independent in all maintenance items around my house cars etc. Sometimes I get it right, sometimes, well.... (I just might have to do it more than once to get it right. :). I thought my central air unit was toast after changing the capacitor and toasting the ignition control on the air handler. I was really feeling defeated. I changed the ignition control board and the compressor was still not running. I reached out to Jeff on Thumbtack stating that I needed a 3.5 ton condenser installed at about 500AM. Before 800 AM Shawna sent a message saying Jeff would be calling. 2 MIN later the phone rang. I shamefully informed him about all I had done. I was expecting to get a heavy sigh followed by "Well this is why you should leave it to the professionals." On the contrary, Jeff was understanding and respectful of my desire to take care of my own problems. He suggested all might not be lost and gave me an idea. He told me he could come by today but that the part I likely need is not on his truck that morning. He then said that he could get one and would be in the area on Saturday. I took his advice, and along with the one who gives me strength in all things, my AC is back up and running. Amen! As a nurse I selflessly help people every day in some of their hardest times. On this day I learned that some heating and air companies do too! :) Thank you Jeff and Shawna! I will still need a compressor sooner or later but it is always better not to do these things in a crisis. Jeff from Broadway Heating and Cooling has my future business and should get yours too!
