Roosevelt got my job in at the end of what I’m sure was a long work day which was helpful, as my job could have caused damage to my ceiling if left to wait longer. Him and his wife were in and out quickly to reseat my toilet and problem solved the error of the last plumber. He said he would follow up in a couple days to make sure the seal was holding. I appreciate that he will follow up on his work. He also warrantied the work for a year. Although very nice, I hope I don’t see him again until I hire him for another job. Thanks for the good work sir!

Had a good experience. Ken came and resolved the issue by rodding the toilet and showed the deodrant stick that was stuck. He saved me buying a toilet although some scratch marks were left on the porcelan bowl. I am trying to get those scratches out by chemicals.
