Prices are based on labor and material. We do offer quotes for labor only but customer is responsible to have all material at location the day before we start.

I was selling an investor’s rehabbed homes as a licensed real estate agent and he was having problems with general contractors. So I stepped in with my crew and I am still doing his projects now.
