- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is customized based upon prospective clients unique needs. Discounts extended to recurring clients, there are add-on fees for laundry service, interior appliances, window cleaning etc…
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request property specs in writing, I have a brief call to go over any questions, I forward a formal proposal, send appt confirmations, complete a walkthrough of property upon arrival, complete project, request that client completes a QC check prior to departure.
