Everything about the experience was great. I was able to stay in touch with him throughout the week to let him know when my TV was getting delivered and he was able to come about an hour after it was delivered. He was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job mounting the TV and concealing the cords. Will recommend him to anyone who needs a TV mounted
