Pricing is based on the scope of work, project complexity, materials involved, and time required. Each project is evaluated individually to provide a fair and realistic estimate. There are no hidden fees. Any additional work or changes are discussed and approved in advance. Discounts may be available for repeat clients or combined projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and transparent. First, I review the project details, photos, and location to understand the scope of work. Next, I discuss options, timelines, and pricing to make sure we are a good fit. Once everything is agreed upon, I schedule the work and complete it with attention to detail and respect for the client’s space. Clear communication is maintained throughout the project, and any changes are discussed in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is based on hands-on professional training and over 20 years of real-world experience. I’ve learned my trade working for construction companies as well as independently, gaining practical skills across different types of projects. I continuously improve my knowledge by working with modern materials, tools, and installation standards. My experience includes residential and commercial projects completed in multiple countries, including Great Britain and Germany, which helped shape a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
