What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I estimate the work per hour, but not less than 1.5 times the price of an hour of work per visit. If the customer wishes, I can estimate the work at a fixed price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually communicate with new clients through the thumbtack app. I immediately warn them about the price of the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work for about 20 years. I have diplomas from European countries in interior decoration.
