Matthew was great! He diagnosed the problem by a telephone conversation, he ordered the part, showed up when expected, did the work in the time predicted, and charged me the quoted price. Fixing an older TV is a tricky decision, but I am well satisfied. Plus he came to my house to do the job.

When he first came to check out my TV, he immediately knew what was wrong and was able to order the parts that were needed. When the parts arrived, he came by and had to completely take apart the whole TV to install the parts. He did a great job, and I would highly recommend him. I was so pleased that I didn't have to buy a new TV and I saved around $1000 having my old TV repaired versus having to buy a new one. Great job!
