Matthew did a great job! He assessed the problem, fixed my TV remote connection issues, including the sound bar connection issues. He cleaned up the area and then went the extra step to wipe down the surface areas that were dusty and even vaccumed behind the TV. We dont see service like that these days. Additionally, he was cheerful, courteous, and his overall demeanor is just very likeable. Yes, I recommend him definitely and will call on him should I have any other TV issues.

finally managed to mount and connect a small TV to internet. did not pull the wires through the wall although it was already set up for it. kept trying to upsell me to more expensive pivot mounts and sound bars. originally said it would be $100 to do the job, then tried to add $75 for internet connection.
