Been doing remodeling for a long time, roofing for 25 years. Things just happen where I was learning other trades and got good at it. Took care of apartment building fixing things for about 4 years till building was sold and had to do number of things down to gutting place for remodeling and did mostly everything top to bottom (no counter top there but am good at epoxy countertops.)

The Floor in one the bedrooms was floor joist were rotted. At this time we decided to completely gut and redo from the ripping out the floor joist and removing some the earth as well as vapor barrier the ground underneath. The radiator was also looped back at the time to make room. From there, the Floor joist were replaced, new header above the window was installed and 3/4 plywood put down. After that, new electric and breaker was run after finding some of the line was deteriorated. also new box was run for crown molding lighting and few more boxes for outlets. Out of room so-drywall, paint, crown lights, outlets, radiator painted reinstalled, hard wood floor and base board, new closet light.
