John called back promptly and sent his son Josh out to estimate the job within 24 hours. He was very professional, explained the work that needed to be done in detail, and gave a competitive quote. He was back out with his crew three days later, and despite adverse weather (cold and windy), completed the job on time. The quality of the work is excellent and he is easy to work with. Very satisfied!

John rearranged his schedule to be able to inspect and repair my roof same day so no further damage occured. He was punctual, very professional, and nice. He took the time to explain what caused the leak in the roof and options on fixing the problem. John took before and after pictures showing the damage and repairs. He also inspected the whole roof, discovered further damage, and repaired that as well, with no extra charge. John also took the time to explain additional issues that were unrelated to the leak. I will definitely use them again for any future repairs and highly recommend.

1. One of our trained foreman (Not A Sales Person With No Actual Experience) will arrange a good time that fits in your schedule to come out inspect & evaluate your project for no charge to you.
2. Take the time to explain what condition and issues they find.
3. Photograph the condition of the problem and to point out specific issues.
4. Recommend the best repair solutions.
5. Guarantee the project with a formal proposal within 24 hours of the first inspection or a written estimate onsite (On Request).
