- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Custom websites start at $6,500, and we don't price by the page or add hidden fees later. What we quote is what you pay. We work on a simple payment schedule: half down to start, the rest when the site goes live. Every website comes with 3 months of support after launch included in the price. Standalone project work outside a full build runs $100/hour, and if our Growth Plans don't fit what you need, we'll put together a custom quote for whatever digital marketing service you're after. We're not the cheapest option out there, and we don't try to be. If you need something quick and inexpensive, we're probably not the right fit, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than take the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a call to learn your business, your goals, and what you're hoping to get out of the work. From there, we build a strategy around that, your customers, and your market. Once the strategy's set, we start designing and building, working with you throughout the process so you're never left wondering where things stand. Every service runs a little differently depending on what we're doing, but that's the shape of it: understand, strategize, build, together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is certified in Wix Studio design and development, and in SEMrush for SEO. Beyond the certifications, our real training comes from the work itself, years of building custom websites and running SEO and ad campaigns for real businesses, and staying current as the tools and platforms change.
