FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Consumer Advice: 1. Make sure the transportation company you are using has proper insurance and licensing with the DOT and has a good safety rating. 2. Make sure all drivers have a CDL with proper endorsements. 3. Double check that there is back up equipment in case of breakdown. Most larger companies have plans in place for such an occasion. But, smaller companies may not have any type of vehicle available in case there is a problem. And if you have been in business for awhile, you have made contacts with other companies in case you need out of town assistance. 4. Read over the fine print on contracts and make sure you understand that there are no hidden fees attached after your trip. Deposits and/or pre payments are completely acceptable.....tipping the driver with our company is always up to the customer, we never require tipping, but other companies do. Also, we aware of fuel charges and additional fees. Currently, we do not participate in those practices.
