- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep everything simple. If you have any questions, or a budgetary concern, don't hesitate to call me. I'm always happy to discuss and work to find a solution so we can work together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start each relationship with a new customer by spending time getting to know them. We talk, Skype, email, text, get coffee or sit down for some food. From there it's all about helping them prepare for their photo session. Every wedding or portrait session is different. By helping people be more comfortable and prepared, it ensures their wedding day and photos are as memorable as they'd dreamt of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been around cameras and wedding photography my entire life. My Dad was actually a wedding photographer while serving in the Air Force while I was a child (I still have and use that same film camera too)! After my own wedding I dedicated myself to becoming a wedding photographer and now spend countless hours watching videos, talking to other photographers, testing out new techniques and equipment to ensure I can capture your day. No matter the situation!
