I was contacted literally about a minute after I put in the request and had an appointment set up for the next day. The technician was punctual and promptly resolved the problem. A big bonus was that I had him look at several other appliances that were on their "last legs" and received feedback about what fixes were required. The parts got ordered, and I expect these will soon be put in good working order. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism.

My husband and I were thrilled with the service we received from Easy fix/Bob! He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator and returned the next day with the necessary parts. The refrigerator is running better than ever.
