I was contacted literally about a minute after I put in the request and had an appointment set up for the next day. The technician was punctual and promptly resolved the problem. A big bonus was that I had him look at several other appliances that were on their "last legs" and received feedback about what fixes were required. The parts got ordered, and I expect these will soon be put in good working order. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism.

My husband and I were thrilled with the service we received from Easy fix/Bob! He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator and returned the next day with the necessary parts. The refrigerator is running better than ever. And as luck would have it, our A/C has broken! Fortunately, Bob is a pro at all appliances, and we are fortunate he is coming back today.
