- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons are given once a week and the student can choose if they want a 1/2 hour, 45 min. or hour lesson. Due to high demand for later times, discounts are offered for lessons given before 5:00. Lessons may be paid for at each lesson or for the month in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Varies on student's experience, age, and ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Current K-9 teacher certification in IL; BA from Univ. of Pittsburgh; Some grad credits from North Park & Vandercook; 20 yrs experience as a K-8 music teacher in School districts Schaumburg 54, Arlington Heights 25, and Des Plaines as well as several private schools in the NW suburbs; church music admin. for 10 yrs.; piano technician & private piano instructor for 40 yrs.
