Dan from Md Major was a one man crew during each phase of this job. He tore down and re-constructed my inside steps/stairs to my basement. From beginning to end he was professional (provided an invoice with the cost and the work details), customer friendly, responsive to my concerns, kept me informed of the plans, punctual and his work ethic & skillset is exemplary.
