The team did a phenomenal job installing our new entry door! We didn’t have a standard door, and was more akin to a commercial grade door. But regardless of any and all road bumps, the work was completed wonderfully. I will continue to use their services whenever I have a need in the future!

Sergey and team did a great job. Mine was custom project to install sliding doors for the opening above my cabinet. The team maintained good communication and pulled off the job within my budget. They also offered to check my dining table extension mechanism and greased it for free. Amazing team and would hire them again for any future projects!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by thoroughly understanding their needs and expectations for the project. I ask detailed questions to ensure we’re on the same page about the scope of work and any specific requirements they might have. Once I have a clear understanding, I’ll offer my recommendations based on my experience, which often includes the best materials or techniques to get optimal results.
After agreeing on the details, I provide an estimated timeline and discuss the steps involved so the customer knows what to expect. I like to keep communication open throughout the project, updating the customer on the progress and addressing any concerns right away. My goal is to make sure the customer feels comfortable and informed at every stage of the process. I studied electrical engineering for seven years at a college in Russia right after high school. This education provided me with a solid technical foundation, and I worked professionally in this field for some time. Beyond my formal education, I gained extensive hands-on experience by working with a team on home and apartment repairs, mastering various aspects of renovation projects.
