Adrian is a phenomenal professional. All the way from quoting to finishing the job, he was courteous, responsive and humble. I have never met a contractor who has such a great personality. Apart from that, he offered top notch material and service through out our gutter replacement project. Once, I accepted the quote he scheduled us within the 4th business day. On the day of installation, he and his team were on-time and walked me through the installation every step of the way. They were keen to spot some rotting wood, brought it to my attention and replaced it. They even worked for 4 hours straight when it was pouring outside to ensure that our project was done impeccably. After installation, The job site was cleaned throroughly and they left only after making sure that every single debris was removed and bagged. I will whole heartedly recommend Adrian and Roman Gutters to anyone looking for their services.

Adrian was the consummate professional! He contacted me immediately and came to my house the following day where he spent much time going over my gutters and downspouts for the estimate. Adrian even pointed out two areas where I had leaks which had gone unnoticed and were causing mud to splatter on the house. His estimate was more than fair, the product he used (which he showed samples of during the initial appointment) was excellent and Adrian was very patient with my questions before I submitted the agreement. I could not be happier with the workmanship and the final product which was installed the following week. Adrian and his crew promptly arrived at 9 am and completed the job in under an hour. Everyone was kind and respectful. They went over each area after completion to ensure all the downspouts ended where I had wanted them to. I was very impressed with Adrian and his crew and only wish they did more lines of work so I could hire them to work on other areas of my house.
