FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspections are always free of both commitment and cost. Typically, we bill the insurance company directly; however, if a claim is denied or not filed, we will work with the homeowner to ensure project costs are managed in line with their expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule our initial inspection as soon as it is convenient for you. Once at your property, the inspector will take initial moisture readings and thermal images to assess the impacted area while walking you through our findings. If you decide to proceed, we will have you fill out some paperwork, help you with filing a claim if needed, and begin work as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has completed training provided by the Institution of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and passed the associated exams to obtain the corresponding certification. All of our work follows the IICRC standards for cleaning, drying, and restoring properties.
