If there's water damage in the house and you're scrambling to find a company to help you out of the misery, look no further - this is it! I've contacted so many other companies that either charge $100 just for an inspection or gave crazy high quotes. I found Total Restore, they were very responsive and came out the next day to have a free, thorough inspection. Arnold was so friendly and professional. He helped explain the basement cleaning+sanitizing procedure and answered my many questions. They provided a quote the same day, and it was very reasonable. (I compared it with another company's quote that was just unbelievably high) Arnold came the following day to do the job. He was very efficient, knowledge and professional. You can just tell that he's amazing at what he does. Everything got cleaned and sanitized, leaving the basement smelling clean and fresh. Arnold sent a formal report with lots of before and after pictures. I highly recommend Total Restoration. If I need another job done in the future, I won't be looking elsewhere.

I had a pipe crack on my well water tank that pushed about 1-2 inches of water in my basement. I did all I could to mitigate it but I had to dry out my wet basement to reduce the humidity and chance of mold. It also damaged several items I stored in the basement. I reached out to Arnaldo and he came to my home on New Year’s Day with dehumidifiers and large fans to dry this out. He left the equipment for 3 days and we dried out the basement and got the humidity down to an acceptable level. He also gave me a great value by helping me load up his trailer to haul away the damaged items in the basement and other items that I just wanted to get rid of. He returned for a second load yesterday. Bottom line Arnaldo was great to work with and went out of his way to solve these 2 problems. If the app allowed me to give 6 stars I would.

I am pleasantly pleased with this company, who immediately stopped by to assess water damages from a leaked pipe on my sump pump in my lower level storage room. They were fast in giving me a reasonable estimate. They were efficient in making sure the area was cleared out and restored. They will always be our first call whenever we should incur damage in the future. The owner is very pleasant and eager to help and oversee the project. Thank you!!!!!

Arnaldo did a spectacular job with our water mitigation project. He arrived same day as the emergency (in the evening), extremely responsive, and trustworthy. We spoke with multiple service providers and Arnaldo had the fairest prices. He also took the time to teach me how to avoid similar issues in the future. In the end, he got the job done and quality exceeded my expectations. Amazing company!!
