I had a pipe crack on my well water tank that pushed about 1-2 inches of water in my basement. I did all I could to mitigate it but I had to dry out my wet basement to reduce the humidity and chance of mold. It also damaged several items I stored in the basement. I reached out to Arnaldo and he came to my home on New Year’s Day with dehumidifiers and large fans to dry this out. He left the equipment for 3 days and we dried out the basement and got the humidity down to an acceptable level. He also gave me a great value by helping me load up his trailer to haul away the damaged items in the basement and other items that I just wanted to get rid of. He returned for a second load yesterday. Bottom line Arnaldo was great to work with and went out of his way to solve these 2 problems. If the app allowed me to give 6 stars I would.
