I left my dog here for two nights last week. He seemed to have been good. We were upset because we couldn't see the facilities. We weren't offered so, and even when I tried to go and check the wooden patio, I was told to move away and be back to the garage area to wait, so that the dogs wouldn't bark that much -which I understand. But when you pay money to leave your pet, you can't know if you like the place if you can't check it out. We were even recommended by his dog trainer!
Other than that, there isn't much I can say. I left my dog here because they don't do kennels :) I had a kind note from Cherie saying he had done well, but I can't say what she did because I don't really know. I couldn't meet her, just talked to her on the phone.
My dog seemed to have had fun. When I picked him up, he spent the whole rest of the day sleeping.
I was looking for a place to repeat. I also told them I was interested in him trying to swim. But this attitude made us not feeling convinced :(
Also, I should mention he was clean and in good conditions when I picked him up, which is good.

I had a tough time even giving one star. I dropped my dog off because I needed a sitter for one day. However, I turned around after driving for 2 minutes and picked him up and went home. I felt so uncomfortable and it didn't seem like a very safe environment. There were WAY too many dogs for the "supervision" I was told they were going to get. After this experience I asked around, and it seems like I am not the only person who feels this way. My dog would have been so stressed out and traumatized if I left him here, even for one night.

Cherie was my boarder for many years. My girls a yorkie and yorkiepoo were always happy to go there. I have moved away aand wish I had her here. I have found a very good boarder that I am very happy with but they dont get the personal attention that they received with cherie. With trips and getting ready to move she went above and beyond to help me .

We have left our Jack Russells with Cherie numerous times and have been very pleased. The dogs are much less stressed than when we left them in traditional kennels. If you are comfortable with less cages, I highly recommend Sit Stay Swim
