This is a horrible company! My friend paid them half the job cost to get started on her siding back in June and they still have not even started. Every time she contacts them they have a different story and a different excuse. They've asked for their money back and were told that a 20% restocking fee would be kept by the company if the contract was cancelled, but no materials have ever been ordered for her house so why would they need to restock them? The owner is a scatter brained little man who is almost incapable of having a conversation and certainly struggles with comprehension. He is not able to deliver the quality that other companies in the area can. There are so many other better companies you can deal with out here. Please please for your own sake DO NOT DEAL WITH SHAMROCK CONSTRUCTION!!!

Worst experience ever !! Don't go with this company if you don't want to pay $1400 ,for just talking on the phone and meeting with an insurance agent!! Was looking for A Free estimate for my roof and shamrock was the first company that had got a hold of me.. my first question was do you do free estimates he said Yes... so came to my residence to set his estimate. But when he called to tell me that yes it needed work I asked him well how much, and he never responded... but he did ask me if I was using my insurance. I said yes so he told me that when the insurance agent would be there he would be over to see the roof because He wanted to be there to, to compare quotes .. I never asked him to do that !!! but he said he wanted to be there that he was going to be in the neighborhood anyway.... so for that now he wants yo charge me $1400 for meeting with him and talking on the phone couple of times... then again I never asked him to do that !!! but he was so interested in the amounts because he wanted to make more money... but when I took someone else to do the roof... that was a very professional company the guy didn't even asked me for an insurance just gave me the estimate , it was a good one so I took them instead of shamrock.... and know their upset and send me to a collection agency .. But you know what... I'm not paying anything when you didn't do anything.!!! You should get rid of the free estimate website.. and learn how to loose ..... instead of giving people grief !!! Bad company, Rude people !!! I will be contacting the BBB...

This is a false statement, shamrock went up to bat with their insurance company for them, as a courtesy we meet the insurance company for them after the free inspection, than noticed the insurance had left off some items, we negotiated to get it down for the homeowners to only have to pay a quarter of the cost for their roof replacement. They than completely dissapearred knowing that we charge for our services if we are used by then homeowner to get their out of pocket cost as low as possible. There where no return phone calls, no answered phone calls, so we billed exactly how we bill all our customers for getting their roof approved which is 10% of the claim. Shamrock does give free inspections & free estimates, but we don't represent ppl and negotiate with their insurance and meet their adjusters, just for fun. We have overhead and job costs to cover. We can't go out doing favors for people to shop around for the cheapest people in town to do the job. We do quality workmanship and use only the best materials.

We had a very good experience with Shamrock. Danny got right back to me when I posted my need on Thumbtack. Originally I thought we just needed new ridge vents because we had bats in our attic and we knew we had at least one hole in our roof. He came down on a Sunday to check out the holes before it rained again and discovered that we had extensive hail damage and needed a whole new roof. He was very good at dealing with our insurance company, and answered all of our questions and returned our phone calls quickly. We had a two-man crew do our entire roof, and we feel that they were really an A+ team. They were polite, hardworking, and cleaned up the work area every day before they left. We are very pleased with our new roof and Shamrock Construction.

We recently had the privilege of hiring shamrock construction to assist us in repairing our home after we received storm damage to our roof, siding, and gutters Daniel Schinault was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant to work with there wasn't a single time we felt like our home wasn't his priority. Shamrocks roofing crew was extremely prompt, professional, meticulous, and efficient and even took the time to explain what they were doing to ensure the expertise of their work and I very much appreciated their patients with me in needing to know exactly what they were doing lol. The gutters also went up with complete professionalism, he took his time every step of the way and double and triple checked his work to make sure that the pitch was perfect! The siding crew was just as wonderful they were prompt, responsible, respectful and took great care and pride in their work. Shamrock went above and beyond all of our expectations and I highly recommend this company for their professional expertise and meticulous attention to detail that provided us with what now is our beautiful new home. Thank you so much Daniel Schinault and shamrock construction!!!

We use xactimate for our pricing when dealing with your insurance companies, to ensure approval; with our retail customers, our pricing depends on many different factors, but for they most part we stay very consistent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, meeting the customer at their home or property of concern. Then we give a thorough inspection by one of our experienced Field Adjusters. We then report back to homeowner our findings, give them free advice of what direction to go in, even if it's not with us.

Fall Protection Certified, Dwelling Contractor Certification, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Roofing Contractors License through IDPR
