I purchased a home last summer and the previous owners never had gutters on the house for some reason. I contacted Shamrock about getting a quote for the work and Danny came out and listened to every thing i had to say and didnt salesman me to death. He explained his thought process to me and explained what they would do and why. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and was very straight forward. The gutters turned out great as well. Im very satisfied with my experience with Shamrock and will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a very good experience with Shamrock. Danny got right back to me when I posted my need on Thumbtack. Originally I thought we just needed new ridge vents because we had bats in our attic and we knew we had at least one hole in our roof. He came down on a Sunday to check out the holes before it rained again and discovered that we had extensive hail damage and needed a whole new roof. He was very good at dealing with our insurance company, and answered all of our questions and returned our phone calls quickly. We had a two-man crew do our entire roof, and we feel that they were really an A+ team. They were polite, hardworking, and cleaned up the work area every day before they left. We are very pleased with our new roof and Shamrock Construction.

I had a very good experience through the whole process of getting a new roof and gutters. The company worked to complete the job. It was done very professionally and it is reassuring to have a good roof. They worked with the insurance inspectors and I didn't have to make any meetings or arrangements. This was a care free experience. I would use Shamrock again.

Shamrock put new roofing, gutters and spouts 3 months ago and did a very good job. They do have Illinois license and insurance. After reading some disgruntled reviews about them not having the above I asked for verifications which they were happy to provide. So I see you can't believe everything you read. Shamrock employees went over and above to assure we were happy customers. Thank you Shamrock.

I called a few contractors for estimates to repair my home after a hail storm. My choice, and favorite, contractor was Shamrock Construction. They listened to my every concern and even made extra trips out to my house when I thought I wanted to change the color of my roof- 3 times to be exact. Whoops! Adam was there almost the entire time the roof was being replaced- answering a few questions I had while the crew was working. He even called his manager out to my house- who was there rather quickly- to answer the questions he didn't know. I believe his name was Mike. Either way, from the office- to the the field representative- to the managers they really worked well as a team making my home look beautiful and brand new in a timely manner. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!!!! Thank you Shamrock Construction!! You have all my future business

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use xactimate for our pricing when dealing with your insurance companies, to ensure approval; with our retail customers, our pricing depends on many different factors, but for they most part we stay very consistent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, meeting the customer at their home or property of concern. Then we give a thorough inspection by one of our experienced Field Adjusters. We then report back to homeowner our findings, give them free advice of what direction to go in, even if it's not with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fall Protection Certified, Dwelling Contractor Certification, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Roofing Contractors License through IDPR
