Competitive Rates: * Diagnostic Service Call: $60 — FREE when you book the repair! * Labor Rate: $79/hr (Backed by our 1-Year Warranty) * After-Hours/Emergency: $125/hr HVAC Expert Maintenance Per Unit: * AC Clean & Check: $95 * Furnace Clean & Check: $79 * Humidifier Clean & Check : $45 * Deep Coil Cleaning: $200 * Blower Motor Cleaning: $150 * Boiler Tune-Up: $95 Thermostat Replacement (Labor Only):$75– $240 Full House Rewire and Thermostat Installation: $400-$1000 PLUMBING Water Heater Maintenance/Flushing/Descaling * Standard Tanks: $125 * Tankless Systems: $200 DRYER VENT CLEANING PER UNIT: $150 Duct Sealing (Mastic/Tape): $150 – $400 (per main section) Please ensure new filters or water panels are on-site prior to the technician’s arrival.
