I have used Homestar Restoration many times, and I will continue to do so. They do Everything . You name it, They do it.Great team work and always on time. My roof was leaking, and created inside damage. I had to put new roof on two different locations. They came on time, and got everything done quickly. The contractor Miguelangel Gonzalez filled out the contract for us in August of last year and until this year (2024) he came to do the work for me which he did not finish. He put the roof on and asked for $3000 cash to pay the workers and promised to come back to install new windows and patch walls. This guy went to Mexico and doesn't answer calls or anything. You call the office and no one answers the messaging inbox is always full. The City of Carpentersville needs a roofing license that they never provided and now they want to charge me the penalty. I thank the Company for answering my calls and resolving this situation for me.(Original)Hace ms de un ao estaba esperando que me arreglaran el techo. El contractor Miguelangel Gonzalez nos llen el contrato en Agosto del ao pasado y hasta este ao (2024 ) es que vino a hacerme el trabajo lo cual no termino. Me puso el techo y pidi $3000 Cash qu a segn para pagarle a los trabajadores y prometi volver para instalarme nuevas ventanas y resanar paredes. Este tipo se fue para Mxico y no responde llamadas ni nada. Llamas a la oficina y nadie atiende siempre el buzn de mensajera esta full. La Ciudad de Carpentesville necesita un roofing licencia que jams proporcionaron y ahora me quieren cobrar a mi la penalidad. Le agradezco a la Compaa que conteste las llamadas y me resuelvan esta situacin.
