What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are priced very competitively but have been known to fall in the middle of the road. We are not priced high like large national janitorial services and as low as your small mom and pop companies. If you are looking for the lowest price WE ARE NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOUR FACILITY.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The cleaning business is just as much about communication and trust as it's about getting a quality clean.
