We did agree on a price based on a walk-through and after actual work performed we had to adjust our fee. We are not perfect, took full responsibility, and deeply apologized for our mistake. Like any business, we can not be forced to work for an amount that does not make financial sense. Main reason why we never require contracts for any of our work. We want to ensure our clients are happy with us and we are happy with our clients. Regarding the initial deep cleaning fee, Maria, the practice manager and contact person throughout the whole process, verbally agreed to an initial deep cleaning fee. We would never charge for something we have not previously agreed to and charge more than what we think we deserve - we are better than that. The fee charged was more than fair for the work performed. Needless to say, they never paid the increased deep cleaning fee. Not sure what the complaint is about here. Lastly, Maria had direct access to our cell phone and email and we were always available. The decision to be without a cleaning company was their own. When I last spoke to Maria, she immediately asked to pick up our cleaning supplies the same day - which we accommodated. We were open to continuing to provide services to allow for them to find a new provider. We are disappointed that we could not make this work but we know that we are not always a good fit for everyone due to the fact that we are not the cheapest cleaning services provider. We do all of the work ourselves and have a proven track record of being a trustworthy provider. We sincerely hope Janice and Maria have found a provider that works for them.
