If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Juan is not only one of the best plumbers in the business, but also one of the kindest, most honest, and hardest-working individuals I’ve ever met. The work he did was exceptional. He took the time to educate my wife and me on everything he was doing and why. A week after he completed the job, my wife and I ran into a plumbing issue. As new homeowners, we were freaking out and didn’t know what to do. We reached out to Juan via message, and he immediately told us to give him a call. Over the phone, he patiently walked us through exactly what to do and stayed on the line until the issue was completely resolved. Blu Shark came out for a blockage in my kitchen pipe which was complicated as it was a 50ft pipe. They repiped and now I have a working sink. They also took care of the H2O water heater leak and drained the tank. These guys are polite, upfront and honest and provide detail as to what the best course of action will be to fix the problem. I am very happy with the services of this company.
