I hired Juan and Carlos to fish out a sock that was flushed down my toilet and replaced my sump pump. Not only were they prompt, honest, and professional they are knowledgeable. They took the time to explain and were patient enough to show me other maintenance tips. Being a first time homeowner and being provided this information is so helpful. Juan was great! It’s never fun to wake up to a wet floor and can’t find the leak source. Juan came out first thing in the morning, assessed the problem and fixed it ASAP! He was wonderful, I’ll definitely hire again!

My sewer pipe was clogged and they cleared it because branches were growing in from the tree out front but then my basement flooded again. I called Juan back and they came out the next morning and installed a clean out pipe 5ft down to the sewer pipe outside my house so that they could continue to clean it out and now it is working great. I didn’t even know what that was, but he showed me that the neighbors all have it, but the previous owners didn’t have one installed and with the trees in my yard I definitely needed it. They did a great job and I will definitely use him again for my plumbing needs.

Juan sent Arturo out to do the job and he did a great job of cutting out (& replacing) approx 2' old pipe with a some sort of drum trap that ran into main sewer outlet
