Moses was simply great. His professionalism and attitude are worth 6 stars on a scale of 5. At every point in both the estimate visit and the service visit he made sure I knew my options and the cost/benefit of each. I could have had the very minimal service for $500 less but I am very happy that I chose two additional upgrades that will keep the door running smoothly and quietly years into the future. There was no high pressure or manipulation from Moses, which I would never "fall for" anyway because I am a retired service engineer myself and I know all the tricks. The cost/benefit analysis is what made it a no-brainer. I would use EDM again in a heartbeat.

Eli is great. He explained the problem and offered a couple of fixes in great detail for me-something I greatly appreciated. I wanted my garage back and needed a door part replaced urgently. He understood and called a parts vendor right then! We scheduled another day for him to come back with the part for the repair, but he understood my need and called to say he got the part and can get the repair done same day! I am very happy with the repair.
