EDM is an excellent company. Eli responded promptly to my request and even though I didn’t have an appointment with them that same day, he still took time out of his busy schedule to come on out to take a look at the situation with my garage door. We ultimately went with a brand new door since the previous door was a bit of a disaster. I would not hesitate to recommend EDM to anyone seeking assistance with garage door repair, replacement, advice. These guys are the real deal!

Moses promptly replied to my inquiry with a phone call. I was able to schedule service the day of — on a weekend, no less. Moses kept me updated on his travel ETA and arrived within the time frame he provided. He diagnosed the garage door problem, walked me through what would be required to fix the problem, provided a quote and promptly addressed the issue. He was thorough and respected our space by cleaning up after. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he did to the door and even inspected our other door to ensure it was working. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars!
