i talkedcwth Oscar several times before hiring him and he was always checking to see if met his needs. i received an estimate within a couple of days and we agreed upon an amount that i thought was a great value for what i needed done.We scheduled l date and he showed up ahead of time and we walked through the projects. We had him install a ceiling fan in our living room and install 4 surface mount medicine cabinets in our 2 bathrooms. He immedately started with the ceiling fan and had it working within 20 minutes. He then proceeded to install the 2 medicine cabinets in our master bathroom. He would check in with me periodically to insure he was following the guidelines i set. When completed, he would call me to make sure they wre done to my satisfaction. He then started on the other 2 medicine cabinets. He again hecked with me to see where they were to be mounted( height) and needed to be adjusted up about 3 to 5 inches. He did that and completed to my satisfaction. We even talked about some future projects to gauge his interest and we will definitely hire him in the future.You never know what you may get when hiring a handy man, bu i feel like we hit the jackpot with Oscar. i highly recommend him toanyone whi needs a good qualcity, professional and peresonance person. Thank you Oscar!

Oscar, was extremely professional and treated installation as if it was his own home. When I made a suggestion to cut some corners which would have made the installation easier for him he highly advised not to and explained why. Well done and would definitely request his services in the future again!

Oscar assembled a Pottery Barn bed found on Marketplace, it was no problem for him despite not having included instructions. He switched out a bathroom vanity light and knew the exact bulbs I needed for the unique fixture. He switched out a shower head, curved shower curtain rod, and hung 2 custom planner boards in my kitchen and bedroom. Quality work and checked in with me to make sure everything was just right. Oscar is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and I will be reaching out for future projects. He was respectful of my home in asking if he should remove his shoes upon entering. You’ll be in great hands if you hire Oscar!!!
