Chuck from Your IT Guy was absolutely amazing! We were opening our business on a Monday, and he came out that Sunday to help get us going. We would’ve had wires hanging everywhere if it wasn’t for him. I highly recommend for your IT needs!

Chuck was quick to respond to my inquiry. He considered the issues I was having in my home and sent out Eric, a master electrician to inspect and diagnose the problem. Eric was excellent, he asked intelligent, diagnostic questions about when outages and surges occurred, Eric explained everything he was doing to correct the problems and proceeded efficiently. He also recommended some upgrades and explained the benefits. Eric’s knowledge base was more than impressive and his confidence was reassuring and we have not had a single problem since he came. Prices are reasonable, response time is good, communication excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend him or to call him again if I need upgrades or service.
