Chuck was able to accommodate a very last minute request we needed to get work done on a light fixture before getting a mirror installed.

The tech knew how to do the work and we were able to get the mirror on with no issues.

I’m new to hiring contractors and keep running into a lot of problems with them. Not with this contractor though! Grateful to find someone who can come through and get the job done right.

I needed to get a surround system set up, so I inquired about it. Chuck was one of the first companies to respond to me, so I decided to go with him. Chuck was incredibly easy to work with. He was responsive, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and punctual. Because I wanted a quote right away, he agreed to do a FaceTime call with me. This allowed him to see exactly what I needed and he was able to quote me a price for his labor. Not only did he FaceTime me and quote me the price, he also did the research for me and recommended the equipment I should get. That was going above and beyond and providing exceptional customer service, which I appreciate. Chuck was clean, neat, and had minimal clean up afterwards. I DEFINITELY recommend his services and will be using him again!
