I needed to get a surround system set up, so I inquired about it. Chuck was one of the first companies to respond to me, so I decided to go with him. Chuck was incredibly easy to work with. He was responsive, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and punctual. Because I wanted a quote right away, he agreed to do a FaceTime call with me. This allowed him to see exactly what I needed and he was able to quote me a price for his labor. Not only did he FaceTime me and quote me the price, he also did the research for me and recommended the equipment I should get. That was going above and beyond and providing exceptional customer service, which I appreciate. Chuck was clean, neat, and had minimal clean up afterwards. I DEFINITELY recommend his services and will be using him again! Thanks again Chuck! Tim

Chuck called very promptly. He was extremely professional and had a good idea of what the work would cost upon my description on our first conversation he and his coworker were very professional, skilled, polite, and genuinely good people. They went over and above board to do a job to completion. I cannot say enough about them. I will definitely be hiring them for more work in the very near future.

I’m not the best about writing evaluations, however Chuck was very dedicated about his work, he is a meticulous individual that likes doing the right thing the first time.
