I could not recommend Jose enough. From the begining he was incredibly knowledgeable in diagnosing issues with my MacBook Pro’s screen. He sent videos updating me on his progress while explaining why he was doing what he was doing in a way that even the most non tech savvy person could understand. He even cleaned out the inside of my computer from a ton of pet hair that had accumulated over the years even though it wasn’t related to the issue. When we determined that I needed a new screen he could have charged me for the repair and I would have gladly done it, but he spoke to me about thr advantage of paying more to have apples warranty instead. It really speaks volumes about his honesty and transparency. I’ll 100% come back with any tech issues I have in the future.
