Introduction: I work in a dual process - working with the dog and training the owners. After I have assessed your dog and discussed your goals, I will create a strategic plan that I think will help us achieve the desired results. Every situation is different, every dog is different, and every owners' wants are different. It is with this in mind that I do not etch my plans in stone. I will customize a plan that caters to you and your dogs specific needs. If you put in the time and adhere to my instructions, you will see measurable improvement quickly. I love helping people understand their dogs. They can be our 'children' but dogs are not people and behave differently. By understanding how your dog sees a different world than you do, you can understand what shapes its behaviors.

Tony come to the house and spent time with our dog and did a thorough assessment and came up with a plan to address my major concerns with our dog. After just one training session, our dog is no longer pulling on her leash!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making contact to discuss issues, concerns and desired outcomes. An initial home visit to meet with the client and their dog - which will include an assessment of the dog and an offer of options to meet goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been training and working with dogs since I was 8 years old. I've honed my skills over the years through education and hands on work. I've worked with shelters, rescues, animal controls, municipalities, boarding facilities, show dogs and a wide variety of breeds and mixes.
