I highly recommend Rite Air for all five of the above reasons. The owner, Randy is very professional and the quality of work is excellent. The removal of old furnace, installation of the new furnace/coil, and air conditioner was efficiently done in one day. Randy is a very personable man and he did a thorough cleanup prior to leaving.
