What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is by the hour, not by the room. New clients receive a 1st time only discount. If you book 5 hours and I finish in 4.5, you will not be charged for time unused.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer confirms that a date and time works for them, we will discuss their cleaning needs. All I ask is that instructions are clear and specifix.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
During my years as a private nanny, I often helped families keep their homes clean and organized.
