We used Precision Restoration recently to reconstruct areas of our home affected by a water leak. We made a great choice! The owner, Mike Rice, couldn't have been easier to work with. He and all of his workers were friendly and polite and the quality of their work was excellent. Really great experience. Came out right away to quote, came back to do the work and worked with other contractors. Great communication, really great result and came back out to check work and do any reapplications. See before and after pic. This is a 45 year old house, wood Looks brand brew after treatment!!! Very functional and responsive! Highly recommend, Mike was AWESOME!!!

Mike came out and remediated my mold situation, turned out great. He was also able to determine the root cause, which was some bad plumbing coming down from the kitchen, so I could have a plumber come out and replace the pipes.
