Eric quoted a water softener for a rental home for a client and he was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Cody came and installed it and he also was very thorough. I am not local so Eric and Cody took great photos for me and kept me in the loop so the tenants knew exactly what was going on.

Note - I didn't actually hire Prarie state, but wanted to for their expertise and experience.
Went with another contractor from Home Advisor - H20 Express. He beat their price and was able to service next day. Appointments at Prarie were 10 days out.

We offer free estimates and long warranties! Each household uses water differently and has different water quality, each request for pricing will be handled on a one on one basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up a no charge visit to your home to test your water (unless you have test results in writing)... then we assess your installation locations, and finally we provide our proposal of equipment and installation to fit your needs!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are factory trained in all of the most common equipment available in our professional marketplace. We continue to study and get certified through the WQA on all of the latest products, and stay up to date with the newest concerns and problems. We have licensed plumbers at our disposal and even a licensed water well pump installer on staff!
