I contacted Mr. Dylan to do some work for me. I sent him pictures and my wish list. He was upfront with his pricing. After all of my questions I agreed to hire him. He gave me a date and time that he would arrive. I requested that he weed some areas that i had failed to do the past two months because of the buckets of rain we've been getting and because I had just not been able to get out there. I hate to say it, but some weeds were as tall as me. I wish I had before pictures to show the true transformation. I was not home while he worked. He texted me and told me that there was a large area that needed to be weeded of which he received no photo. After looking through my photos, one indeed did not send it. Instead of raising the price for extra work, he completed this area for me. In fact, he weeded and mulched areas not included in my original request and did some other things to make my yard look good. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to make me happy. I can't say enough good things about his work. I am no longer embarrassed come outside and show my face (yeah, it was that bad!!) Thank you Dylan and coming through for me - doing what I could not do. I appreciate your attentiveness, your work ethic with this project, and your kindness. My yard is proof that i chose the right one for the job. I am extremely happy with the results.
Details: Residential • Yes, I will provide the mulch • Medium (500-1000 sq ft) • No, I will need the professional to prep the area for me • I applied mulch to this area over a year ago

Very thorough job weeding large flower beds. He wasn’t clear how many hours the job would take. However, the total cost was a good value

Dylan from Schoepf Landscaping did a fantastic job installing mulch and a downspout extension at our home. He was very professional, and was excellent with his communication. Not only did he do a great job, but he also proactively followed up and made sure that everything was done to satisfaction. I would recommend his services.

Dylan is very nice and helpful. He did everything I asked and double checked I was happy. He worked hard and cleaned up the clippings. I would use him again.
Dylan was very quick and responsive to my quote request for mulch installation. He and a team member knocked out 12 yards in a day and we’re very happy with the results! They also did a great job cleaning up when they were done.
Details: Residential • Yes, I will provide the mulch • Large (1000-2500 sq ft) • Yes, the area will be prepped prior to arrival • I applied mulch this area last year
