- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair, upfront pricing based on the job. Smaller jobs may be hourly, while larger projects are quoted at a flat rate so you know exactly what to expect. I keep my pricing honest with no hidden fees, and I’ll always go over costs before starting any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I’ll ask a few questions and may request photos to understand the job. I’ll provide an estimate and schedule a time that works for you. I show up on time, complete the work efficiently, and make sure everything is done right before I leave. Clean, simple, and no hassle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, and property management, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and construction work. I’m EPA 608 certified for HVAC and have led maintenance teams, so I bring both technical skill and real-world problem-solving to every job.
