We offer flat rate pricing for home cleanings. On our simple to use online booking form, you choose the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and any extras you would like; then the price is shown to you. It's that simple. No up-sells, no last minute charges, no contracts. Cancel within 24 hours of your booking if you change your mind with no penalty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are fun and treat every new customer as friends. When the day arrives we arrive on time and make your home sparkle!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Business Major and CSCI minor and NIU, so I've studied long and hard about the business side of our organization. Along with years of experience in retail/hospitality allowing us to provide the best customer service in the industry. If you aren't happy we WILL fix it. Our maids are experienced and professional, and have continued to exceed customer expectations.
