- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and transparent — based on your vehicle’s size, condition, and the services you choose. We offer package deals for interior + exterior cleaning and discounts for repeat customers. Extra charges may apply for heavy dirt, pet hair, or travel beyond 15 miles. We always confirm the final price before starting work, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by discussing their needs and the condition of their vehicle. We explain our services, pricing, and available time slots. Once the appointment is confirmed, we arrive at the customer’s location with all the necessary equipment and cleaning products. Before starting, we review the agreed services to ensure clarity. After the work is done, we walk the customer through the results to make sure they are 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience working in an official Ford dealership, performing professional interior and exterior detailing on new and used vehicles. Over time, I have developed strong skills in vehicle cleaning, paint care, and interior restoration. I also continuously learn about new detailing techniques and products to deliver the best results for my customers.
