Needed some extensive renovations on our 2 flat. Full kitchen and bath gut and remodel, addition of washer/drier, all new supply plumbing, some new sewer, and some misc repairs.Greg's team (including Rafal) did all of the demo, and installed the new plumbing in less than a month which allowed us to move back in to the one of the floors while theybfinished the kitchen/bath on the other. Being on time here saved us a ton of money.Project finished on time and on budget which was really impressive considering the age of the building and uh...quality...of the previous work. Most importantly, I definitely trust them to provide an accurate assessment of cost of any project.Greg/Rafal were really communicative and helpful in working with me as the inevitable questions and unexpected things come up. Would 100% use again

Our pricing depends on the type of project we are working on. There are different budgets we work with on a regular basis, and try to accommodate clients’ desires as best as we can. After writing out a proposal/estimate of the necessary work, we try our best to settle on a satisfactory price for both the clients’ and our expectations. We also work on projects which are requested as per hour basis. We try to be very reasonable with discounts and fees, working on alternatives if necessary, according to individual project budgets and requirements.
