Ivan was amazing! I inquired about his services to fix a massive water damaged part of my wall as well as fix a 12”x12” hole in my ceiling. He immediately responded and came out the very next morning! My walls are plaster, so everything was crumbling. He removed the damaged part, cleaned & scraped out any remaining plaster particles and patched it right up. He also fixed part of the molding on the window since some water damage also got to it. He was quick, professional and cleaned up after himself. I would hire him again. I asked him not to paint, otherwise he would’ve done so.

Ivan was great from the beginning. He was responsive from the moment I contacted him. He started work the same day I was in search of a handy man. He helped paint, install, and caulk baseboards. He sanded and painted a bathroom for me. he was also so thoughtful to move my tools from the rain so they wouldn't get wet. Ivan is a reliable and knowledgeable handyman.
