Amazing!!! Honest review - I reached out to Ivan yesterday and he was at my home this morning! Ivan was punctual, fast, knowledgeable, and reasonable priced. What I appreciated most is that he did not try to over price items. I’ve reached out to other Handyman and they were all overpriced for simple tasks - which was mind blowing. I usually don’t do reviews, but everyone needs to know how wonderful Ivan and his work was. I have already referred him to both my mother and my sister. Also, we have already discussed him coming back to assist with more. If you’re looking for someone that’s honest, knowledgeable, quick, prompt, and reasonably priced - Ivan is your guy.

Ivan was awesome!!!! He was available the same day I posted (not that that was necessary). He showed up right on time. He did everything we hoped, and well, and in less time than we'd have expected. He even noticed something we hadn't listed and fixed it before he left (and after we'd already paid him). Will definitely hire him the next time we need a handyman.

I hired Ivan to install a kitchen faucet. The install was a bit complicated due to many obstructions in the way, but Ivans top notch skill got the job done to perfection. I was so impressed with Ivans work, I hired him to replace the wood floor of my shed, this was a big job, but once again, he got the job done to perfection. I will be recommending Ivan to anyone needing a great handyman. 👍
