They were right on time and got started right away. Did a solid job but reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the customer experience when it comes finishing touches . They cleaned fridge as part of price but initially asked me to come do the work of taking out items from the fridge myself to which I couldn’t do cos was on a work call. When done left fridge in a bit of disarray with cooked foods & bread and dairy and seasonings all kinda thrown back together - so had to stop working and go arrange stuff - they could have taken a picture and tried to at least keep to general system . Similar thing in bath where I had shampoo and face wash and ended up putting one face wash away by air freshener . Left bed unmade . Living area cushions are would have taken 2 minutes to arrange with remotes . All in all , it was okay but definitely have tipped more and wanted to have them back if they’d taken time to do these little finishing touches.

Thank you for your feedback — we truly appreciate it. Just to clarify, our cleaners did offer to remove the food from the fridge, and they completed that task as requested. Due to the one-hour time limit for both the kitchen and bathroom, they had to work efficiently and prioritize deep cleaning over detailed item arrangement. We understand the importance of finishing touches and will definitely take your comments into account to improve. When I first booked my appointment the owner asked me several questions she asked if my house had pets I say yes she asked me about the cleaning what I would like to have cleaned and I told her she asked me about my stove and oven I said oh yes I would like for that to be clean as well. When the lady came to clean my house she was afraid of my dogs which was already outside put away. The performance of the cleaning was not impressive I had to ask her to read clean my oven after she left I had to do my own cleaning because it was not clean. There is some areas that she didn't even touch the bathroom toilet was not clean properly. I feel as though she should have had all her equipments such as a step ladder because she asked me if I had a ladder. She was not equipped with a duster and that was the main reason why I booked the service. I'm so sorry but I was not impressed at all. There's one pic of a example of a drawer that should have been cleaned, but instead I did it afterwards.

However, after speaking with the cleaner and reviewing the situation in more detail, we’d like to clarify a few points: • During the cleaning, the cleaner asked you multiple times if everything was okay or if there was anything else you’d like her to take care of. You confirmed that everything was “very, very good.” • There were three dogs on the property, including one large dog that was barking loudly. We completely understand that our cleaner — who recently had a traumatic experience with a dog — felt uneasy, even though the dogs were outside. • Our cleaner completed the full cleaning and provided us with clear before-and-after photos as a report, showing that all the requested areas were cleaned properly, including the oven and cabinets. We always take client feedback seriously and we’re here to help resolve any issue. But in this case, it seems there may have been some miscommunication after the service was completed. That said, we’d still be happy to offer you a $20 discount on a future cleaning should you choose to give us another chance. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your time and honesty.
